Was very conveniently located within walking distance of South Beach, clean and spacious.
There was no heater, just A/C.

Very spacious and perfect for a family with teenagers/ young grown-ups.
Perfect location, close to everything but still in a quiet area. It had a basic setup of kitchen utilities and everything worked well. Great washing machine and dryer, very quiet. AC quiet and worked very well too.
Best way to contact the renter was to call them, we did not get any response on questions over messages.
Beware of the dishwasher door if it hasn’t been fixed. It has no hatch suspension and will open/fall heavily onto your feet 😖

The location was great
It did not look like what was advertised. We were also moved to a different property due to an apparent power loss issue. The room was very old with lots of maintenance required.
