Apartments on Collins

The place is very close to South Beach. It’s about a 5-minute walk, so it’s great if you’re walking with a child or need to quickly come back to the flat from the beach. It’s not very loud, which is quite important when you’re staying close to the lively South Beach bars. The kitchen was fully equipped. I really liked the coffee machine and also the toaster. We used the stove very rarely, but having a large, functional microwave was very convenient. I really liked the top floor, which was a bit further from the doors, so you could hardly hear neighbors when they came home at night.

On the photos, the apartment looked better than in real life. I mean, it wasn’t bad, but the white paint on the steps wasn’t white everywhere, which is understandable because people walk on them. It’s just a fact. The shower wasn’t working properly. We could turn on the top part (rain shower), but we couldn’t use the regular running water because the switch wasn’t working. The host was supposed to send someone to fix it but never did. We also never pushed him to do so, so we just accepted the situation.

To my surprise, everything was very clean.And it was a good location off the strip of the main action, and we had a great time.It was good.

Not that I needed to park , but if parking could have been available our guest that visited us , it was difficult to park that would have been good. Keep up the good work.Everything was good.

Excellent location, cleanliness. Very safe, short walk to the beach.

The location was great

It did not look like what was advertised. We were also moved to a different property due to an apparent power loss issue. The room was very old with lots of maintenance required.
