Die Lage, die Lage, die Lage. Besser kann der Standort grundsätzlich nicht sein. Es ist allerdings auch turbulent und viel los direkt vor der Tür. Das muss man schon mögen. Aussicht auf die tolle Lage gibt es allerdings auch nur wenig. Die Wohnung ist allerdings wirklich in der ersten Reihe zum Miami Beach.
Die Wohnung ist in der Anzeige sehr gut fotografiert und entspricht daher nicht ganz dem gezeigten BIld. Tatsächlich ist alles doch etwas heruntergekommen und mit wenig Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Aber für unseren Zweck war es dennoch eine gute Location.

The location was fantastic, especially for the price. There was a very nice outdoor rooftop deck area that was available to use and provided a nice view of the beach and a place to hang out. With just a little TLC this could be a really fantastic rental.
The elevator was not operational through our entire stay, the toilet wouldn’t always flush without adding water to the tank, the floor was dirty and turned our socks black.
