It was a well presented very comfortable apartment with lovely kitchen/living area in a great location.
The installation of the washing machine after we had booked was appreciated.
The apartment has stated there are two bathrooms. There is only one beautiful full bathroom - shower and toilet .
The second “bathroom” has a toilet/hand basin/mirror accessible from main bedroom only.

Excellent location in a very pleasant area. The coffee shop along the road is excellent as is the supermarket in the street behind. The U Bahn is literally 50m away and the centre is walkable. The tea bags and coffee pods were appreciated and there was sufficient crockery and glassware. The apartment is spacious and comfy and located in a quiet courtyard away from the road.
There was no bath mat and one bottle of shower gel is not enough for 5 people for a week. A bottle of milk on arrival would have been appreciated. There was no blind on one of the bedroom windows!

Beautiful location and modern, practical, well equipped property. Very spacious. Near to both the bus stop and underground which takes you to the central station in Munich. Very quiet and private with a fantastic supermarket just around the corner. Michael the host was exceptional. Extremely responsive and helpful, he went above and beyond both before our trip answering questions and sorting out a small issue for us immediately during our stay. We can't praise him more highly.
