Great location. Most sights reachable by bus in 20-30 mins. House is big enough, clean and comfortable (Ikea furniture). Well equipped kitchen. Staff was super responsive. First floor. Clean area. Metro 1 min away. Supermarket nearby.
There's medium street noise in the bedrooms and it does not get perfectly dark but it did not bother me much.

The property was clean, very well equipped and genuinely had everything you could think of. There were even thoughtful extras left by previous guests, such as tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil and salt, which was really appreciated.
The bed was extremely comfortable, with very clean bedding, a mattress topper, pillows and duvet.
The location was spot on, and the secure entry door made our stay feel very safe and comfortable throughout.
There was a mix-up with communication which caused a delay in accessing the property on arrival. However, this was resolved, and the host sent their apologies.

Great location for us. We were initially looking north of the river for our stay but so glad we broadened our search. This is literally 1minute walk from Nine Elms station. Last tube back for us was gone midnight (from where we boarded) and the Northern Line is right next door to the District and Circle lines where we got off which was perfect for where we wanted to go. There are shops right by the property so really convenient to pick up milk, etc for our stay. And there’s a great Brazilian restaurant within walking distance where we enjoyed an extended lunch with some London friends.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.
Only a couple of small points were the bathroom radiator didn’t heat up (the rest of the apartment was warm and toasty) and we asked about a late checkout and didn’t hear back. But they were quick to respond to us about other questions we asked and were helpful aside from those 2 points. It didn’t affect our stay.
As above, bathroom radiator didn’t heat but I’m sure they’ll have sorted that as they were responsive when messaging.
