Location was perfect, right next door to where I was working for the week. Host communicated very well when I got to London and met me when I arrived. They could probably do a bit better communicating after my initial booking.
Very little to dislike. During a week-long heatwave, air conditioning would have been appreciated, although the two fans provided certainly helped. The mattress in the balcony bedroom felt a little old and thin and could be replaced. There's also room for a queen-sized bed in that room, which would be a nice upgrade. Overall, these are only minor suggestions and we had a great stay.
