The reason we booked the accommodation was the pool - the pool was closed which was very disappointing

Disappointing service and safety concern. The property is in a convenient area, and on paper it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the service and issue resolution were very poor. Upon checking in, there was an unpleasant odor in the apartment, which I reported. I was advised to purchase air fresheners myself and seek reimbursement. On the second night of my stay, a persistent and loud mechanical noise began coming from the electrical room, occurring every few seconds. The noise made it extremely difficult to sleep. I reported this issue early the next morning. Beyond the disturbance, I was genuinely concerned about my safety, as the cause of the noise was unclear and appeared to be coming from an electrical area. Despite this, there was no sense of urgency in the response, and the issue remained “under investigation” for hours with no clear reassurance, resolution, or alternative accommodation offered. I was forced to check out as early as 6am to an alternative accommodation with no resolution.
