    The stay was amazing, everything was perfect, specially the location it has many places to visit besides specially the park , i recommend it for families also, its really amazing!

    This property is old & tired. We had one of the penthouses, the blinds were falling down, taps dripping, a toilet held up by a block of wood, the list goes on. We arrived to be informed there was no internet & they hadn’t had for weeks, if they let us know we could have booked somewhere else. No internet = no TV. Their solution was buy a local SIM card. We bought SIM cards but for data it’s very expensive, mobile roaming costs through the roof & when I asked for a reimbursement they said no we will give you 20% off your next booking. No chance we would ever stay there again! I believe they failed to meet their agreement with us about all their available amenities therefore should have offered compensation of some sort. Travelling with a teen meant TV was a must. They have been less than helpful and I would do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. The only thing it has going for it was its proximity to the Battersea Power Station & public transport. Seriously how can they advertise as a 5 star property, a match should be taken to the building 🙄

    Ok so we booked this apartment by looking at pictures and the reviews that they were back in 2015 when I believe everything looked great and amazing. However, the reality is not quite as the pictures. The property needs a revamp and clean. It looks nice as first impression and big modern beds, but so many things are broken or have rust, dust, mould in the bathroom silicone, screws in the floor and the list goes on. The bed sheets clean but ripped. The staff was nice and polite. The location was amazing, and this made our stay a lot more enjoyable.
