Apartment 4 is located on the upper floor and in the attic and is perfectly equipped for up to 4 people—they’ve thought of everything. On the upper floor, you’ll find the living area with a modern kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A staircase leads up to the second bedroom with two single beds in the attic. The beds are lovingly made upon arrival, and towels are provided so you can enjoy a relaxing vacation right from the start. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Experience an unforgettable vacation at the AnnNordsee Vacation Apartments! Our building was constructed in 2023/2024. A total of 6 apartments are available, accommodating 2 to 4 people each.
During construction, great emphasis was placed on a sustainable energy concept. The use of heat pumps and solar power eliminates the need for a gas connection. In addition, the building was constructed to the highest insulation standard currently in effect, ensuring a comfortable climate in all rooms.
The ground-floor apartments are also accessible to people with disabilities. Each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and, thanks to its south- or west-facing orientation, offers optimal sunlight. The balconies and terraces are furnished so you can fully enjoy the fresh sea air.
Amenities include, among other things, at least two televisions and access to a washing machine and dryer at the nearby beach club (owned by the property). Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, making your stay even more worry-free. The kitchens in the apartments are equipped with modern three-in-one units that include a stove, oven, and dishwasher. A refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided. For an added wellness experience, the bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, sauna towels, disposable spa slippers, bathrobes, and a radio.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the building ensures that you always stay connected.
For our youngest guests, cribs and booster seats are available upon request.
Dog owners may bring ONE dog with a height at the withers of up to 50 cm.
The house is rounded out by a sunroom and a common room on the first floor.
