(Price Group VI) This “Klipper” category vacation home is located in the new section of the vacation park. With 90 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and one toddler up to 2 years old. The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove. Adjacent to it is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Both bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink, are located on the first floor. That way, no one ever has to wait in line in the morning. The three bedrooms are also on the first floor and each has two beds (a double bed or two single beds). The best part of the children’s room: a wooden ladder leads up to a second level that serves as a private haven for kids of all ages.
On cold days, you can cozy up in the sauna.
Relax together on your own sun terrace and enjoy the wonderful North Sea weather.
The house also has a separate storage room for your belongings.
A parking space and a carport are located right next to the house and are available to you free of charge.

At first glance, the Klipper, at 90 m², seems spacious but not particularly spectacular. Up to 6 people (plus one toddler) will find a cozy living room with a fireplace, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as one bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms (one with a double bed, two with two single beds each). A second look, however, might spark some discussion about the room layout: From one of the three bedrooms, a wooden staircase leads to the second living level—a little kingdom of its own for children of all ages!
The Klipper is rounded out by a storage room, a sun terrace, a carport, and a parking space next to the house.
Pets are welcome for a fee.

Our vacation home is located right behind the dike and offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 6 people. It is stylishly and cozily furnished and features two bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as three bedrooms with comfortable beds. In the living room, you can relax or play games together, while the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for cooking and dining. On the terrace, you can soak up the sun and the fresh breeze and let your gaze wander over the green landscape. Our vacation home is an ideal place for relaxation and excursions to the North Sea coast any time of year.

Please note that our accommodations are rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted. 

If you’re arriving by car, you can park it in the parking lot right next to the house. If you’d prefer not to bring your own bed linens and towels, you can use our service and find everything ready upon your arrival. You can also use the washing machine and dryer in the central administration building for a fee.

If you’re traveling with a toddler, we’d be happy to provide a travel crib or high chair for a fee. Please let us know your needs in advance so we can have everything ready for you!

We charge a flat fee for the final cleaning of the house. However, you can also take care of the final cleaning yourself and leave a deposit in lieu of the fee. The deposit will be refunded to you after your departure (no cash refunds available).
