Welcome to Haus 20—your cozy vacation home where you’ll feel right at home.
Our bright and lovingly furnished end-of-row house comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and is ideal for families, couples, and cycling vacationers. Up to 4 bicycles can be conveniently parked right next to the house.
The sunny, southwest-facing terrace invites you to relax and enjoy yourself—whether it’s breakfast outdoors, quiet moments in the sun, or a cozy barbecue evening by the fire pit—your vacation begins right on your doorstep. Patio furniture, a parasol, and barbecue accessories are available for you in the utility room.
On the first floor, an open-concept living and dining area in a nautical style awaits you. The superbly equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, and orange juicer. There is an ample supply of dishes and glasses.
The dining area offers space for shared meals, while the cozy living area, featuring a leather couch, an LCD TV with cable and Sky, a DVD player, and a Bluetooth stereo system, invites you to relax. A guest restroom and a convenient storage room with an ironing board, iron, and clothes rack are also located on the first floor.
Upstairs are the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, closet, and wall mirror, as well as a children’s room with two comfortable single beds, a closet, an additional travel crib, and an LCD TV. The bathroom with shower is equipped with a toilet, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. All bedrooms have insect screens.
We’ve also got everything you need for our little guests: children’s tableware, a high chair, a travel crib, a toilet seat adapter, a step stool, games, children’s books, night lights, and stair gates are all provided.
