5.5 room apartment with 105 sqm (6 beds), in a comfortable and luxurious double house above Flims Dorf. Quiet and sunny position, 1 km away from the town center, right next to the ski slope. The south-facing house is located on a dead-end driveway with hardly any traffic.
Also available: private storage room for bikes or skis with boot dryer, spacious terrace, washing machine and tumble dryer (for free shared use), private parking garage with a 2nd spot in front of the garage.
The apartment has a luxurious interior: 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath tub), a fully equipped open plan kitchen, master bedroom with double bed, guestroom with two single beds (can be used as double or seperate), kids room with two adult size double bunk beds, spacious living and dinig area with cozy furnishing and a fireplace. Please note that you must organise your own wood for the fireplace.
Two parking spaces, Wifi, cost for heating, water, etc. are included in the total. Bed linen and towels, cleaning, VAT and all taxes is included in the final price. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted.
