The modern and cozy apartment is the ideal accommodation for one or even two families. It convinces with a good location, the high-quality furnishings and a fantastic view. On the balcony there is a dining table with space for 4 people and a gas grill.Unfortunately, smoking and bringing pets is not allowed in this apartment.
Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.
The centrally located, stylishly furnished 4.5 room apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the cable cars and the shopping center "Stenna" in Flims. The bright apartment offers 92m2 of space for a maximum of 6 guests. It has a spacious living room with fireplace and balcony, two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathroom and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The two en-suite bathrooms each have a sink and shower, while the family bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet with a sink.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and many other kitchen utensils. In the living room there is a flat screen with HDMI connection (but without TV connection), as well as a stereo with aux connection (cable and Blutooth). To the apartment belongs a garage space and an outdoor parking space.
