Charming 4.5 room family apartment, 102m2 , in Flims Waldhaus. The Casa Surmir can accommodate 4 adults and 3 children. There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the apartment. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a children bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.
In addition to the open kitchen and the cozy living room, you also find a family bathroom with a shower, a tub and two sinks and an additional guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine (capules), a microwave, an oven and stove, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and two fridges with small freezer. In the house you find also a lift and a communal laundry room, which you can use for free with a special key. Please note the house rules.
1 Parking space in the underground parking (max. high 1.94m), WLAN, and utilities (heating, electricity, water) are included. Bed and bath linen, the final cleaning and all taxes and VAT are included in the final price as well. Please notice that all additional cars have to be parked at the public parking facilities in Flims (!chargeable!).
Smoking and Pets are not allowed.
