Cozy 2-bedroom/2Bath apartment in med Center/NRG

If I had read the instructions before arriving, it would have been much easier for me to find my apartment. Be sure you read the details before you arrive. The host is lightning fast to respond to your questions, and helped me find here I needed to be. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our son and his friend to spend the night before we took them to the Mecum Auction at NRG Center. Comfy beds!

It was a great location for our event. Parking was a little tricky but we were able to usually find some. I would have preferred some curtains on the windows as the parking lot in the back had some pretty bright lights. I would definitely stay here again!

Let's start by saying the layout of the apartment is nice. It has a bedroom and bathroom on each side with the common area in the middle. I didn't feel listing was accurate. I specifically told the host I would be taking my elderly Mother for appointments and at no time did she let me know there were a flight is stairs that you would need to climb to get to the room. It was only started after the instructions for check in were sent and I could no longer cancel. It also states on the listing that parking is included. Once you get the check in instructions, it states you have to park outside the garage in the visitor parking. Visitor parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED and is on the side of the parking lot (if your lucky) or on the street. This makes it nearly impossible for a disabled person. And there was no elevator, as you would need access from the garage to use it!! NICE GGGRRRR!!!!As far as it being clean, well that's all a matter of perspective I suppose. The kitchen was stove had not been wiped off at all, the top of the oven door was greasy and full of food. The dishwasher didn't look like it worked and was also filthy. There were no paper towels or hand towels which we just went and purchased so I could do a proper cleaning. The furniture was all broke down. The kitchen chairs were unsafe to sit in. The couch had a cover that didn't fit properly and I'm sure was covering up the dilapatated state it was truly in. Much like the whole building
