The property was ideal for proximity to MD Anderson which was why we were in town. A couple of things need improvement - the yard desperately needs tending, and the recycle bin was full of recycles on our arrival and clearly hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time - flies everywhere. There were no hangers in any of the three closets and no kitchen sponges (both of these last two items were addressed as soon as I notified the manager/owner). The house is small but cozy, couches could be more comfortable and kitchen could be better equipped, but for a place to sleep while my husband had surgery it fit the bill. Unfortunately my husband had to have emergency surgery and then we had to leave early to go back to Florida to re-start chemotherapy and the host refused to refund any of the additional three weeks that we didn't even use. That was disappointing.
