Our one bedroom, one bath is newly remodeled and located just east of the Galleria, just south of River Oaks and one block north of West University. Very close to everything you need, including Rice Village and NRG stadium. You'll have access to free parking and the pool. Plus, there's a queen-sized sleeper sofa that fits two. So the whole place sleeps up to 4. Come relax in the heart of Houston!

The condo is situated in a quiet complex. The only noise that may be bothersome to some is the nearness to the freeway, yet access to the freeway was also a benefit. It is located near two main streets where there are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies.
The condo itself is very comfortable with all the renovations. It has its own washer and dryer and covered parking spot. I really enjoyed my month there. The host was available to answer any questions and ready to address any problems.

The property manager and owner were great to work with but due to COVID- 19 we had to cancel the last half of our stay. Prop mgr cancelled the half that we couldn’t use and processed a refund, but it’s been almost 4 weeks and we are still waiting for VRBO to issue the refund.

The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The apartment is cool and has a very comfortable bed. The location is top notch!

Apartment was great. Super clean and had everything I needed. It was easy to communicate with the owner. Location is fantastic—near lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I really enjoyed my stay here and would gladly rent again if the need arose.
