Escape to Our Charming Ignacio Villa – 2 Units on One Peaceful Property Welcome to your perfect rural getaway! This unique 2-unit villa offers a serene escape just 5 minutes from Navajo Lake (Colorado side), nestled between Pagosa Springs and Durango. Ideal for families or small groups, the property includes: Sleeping arrangements: 1 private suite with King bed and twin trundle bed (2 twins) 1 separate Queen studio unit 2 full bathrooms for comfort and convenience. This shared property is thoughtfully designed with both privacy and togetherness in mind. You'll enjoy modern comforts like AC, WiFi, heating, and hair dryers, plus a cozy kitchenette and plenty of outdoor cooking options including a grill and Blackstone cooktop. Unwind on the rooftop patio under the stars, or explore the nearby Navajo State Park and Marina (1 mile away). There’s room for your boat, plus friendly farm animals nearby—guests are welcome to view (and maybe pet!) the horses and goats. Nearby Attractions: 43 min to The Springs Resort & Spa (Pagosa Springs) 30 min to Chimney Rock State Park 45 min to historic downtown Durango and the Durango & Silverton Railroad Just over an hour to Wolf Creek Ski Area This is a quiet, comfortable space to relax, recharge, and explore Colorado’s stunning outdoors.
