This beautiful site is on the corner of 10th & Main Street. 1200 sq ft., right in the middle of everything Historic Downtown Durango has to offer! Restaurants and shops are just around the corner and the train can easily be heard and seen when you step out the door. While categorized as a one bedroom, the open floor plan with high ceilings can easily accommodate multiple guests. This historic brick building has been fully renovated with air conditioning. The kitchen has a large bar perfect for the whole family to eat amd enjoy evah othera company. Downtown Durango has so many delicious restaurants, or cook at the condo a grocery store is also in walking distance. The bathroom has a large, luxurious shower with a rain fall shower head and beautiful custom tile work. The main bedroom is off the side of the living room and has a comfy king bed and another large sitting area perfect for relaxing with a book. Also off the main bedroom are a set of steps that are covered from the weather creating a little outdoor space for anyone wanting some fresh air. Hidden in the living room is a Queen size Murphy bed, two loft beds and a comfy modular couch in the living room area where everyone can relax while watching TV. The open floor plan makes this space ideal for fun gatherings like family vacations and friends getaways! Property can easily accommodate more than 3, there is only one parking space available at this time. Great location, close to all the fun and activities Durango has to offer such as, River Rafting, Zip Lining, Fine Dining, Music and Local Events, The D&SNGRR (Train), Hiking, Mountain Biking, Shops with handcrafted jewelry, and is a short drive from Snowboarding and Skiing at Purgatory Resort! Come stay with us and soak up every second of being in the heart of Downtown Durango! Can get loud on weekends, or for events. White noise machine and ear plugs are provided.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location, I believe was the best part of this stay. We were close to everything. The host was absolutely wonderful. Easy to get a hold of and took care of all our needs. Definitely stay there again if available. Thank you very much for everything going smoothly. We were there for work in a town close by and this stay made it worth while.

This listing truly is the best location you can find in Downtown Durango. You will never need your car once you arrive. Walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the train. Holly was excellent with her responses to any and all of our questions. This was our 2nd stay at her property and will not be our last.

This loft style apartment is in the center of it all in downtown Durango and it's on the first floor so you don't have to haul your stuff upstairs!! It faces the RR tracks and is actually connected to the businesses that front Main St., and it has private off street parking. Yes - the train goes by and blows it's whistle, Yes it shares an interior wall with a bar so you get some bleed through music until the bar closes, but Holly the host told us this and they have provided white noise machines to help mitigate the issue.It was not a problem for us. Jenn says my snoring is louder than anything that was coming through the wall!! If you are a very sensitive and light sleeper this might not be your thing, but that aside this place is amazing!! It has 3 beds and a huge couch that we used for napping. A big open kitchen, well stocked, a beautiful funky shower that is like a grotto and a full size W&D. Did I mention it's literally in the middle of everything? .5 a block and you are at all the restaurants, bars, shops and galleries of Durango. Park your car and you won't touch it until you leave. Easy walk to grocery - City Market, Albertson's and Natural Grocers, Liquor World. Holly the host was quite responsive and was actually there when we arrived. Access is through keypad so no losing keys. This will be the place I stay anytime I'm in Durango.
