The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

For authorized pets we charge $20/night up to $500 per pet. Please contact us for approval.

This was a great stay. I wish it had been longer. I loved the quiet trains that passed a couple times during the day. I plan to return to Melbourne and will hope to stay again. I suggest a guest book. I love to read them when I visit vrbos. DJMO

Beautiful, adorable home! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We have stayed at other properties from the same owners, and all first class in every respect. The property is well managed, and extremely clean, with excellent communication. We will definitly return to this place. BTW, our dogs also loved it! This is one property to seriously consider. First rate!

The entire peocess from online reservation to check out was a 5 star experience. The hosts were very receptive if I had questions or needed direction. The house is absolutely beautiful! The details are so lovely and it was the perfect place to take my mom and MIL for a quick girls weekend. Everyone was comfortable, relaxed and loved love loved it!! We will be back!!!
