Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

For authorized pets we charge $20/night up to $500 per pet. Please contact us for approval.

Everything was great. There is a coat rake in the front bedroom that fell over constantly and would come apart. If it was broken when it fell please feel free to bill it to the insurance I purchased when booking my stay.

There was coffee and creamer. They also put a filled water jug in the refrigerator. It was nice clean and cozy.

The place was a perfect location for us close to NE Palm Bay and the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and the neighborhood was quiet and nice walk.

This little house had a lot of personality! Something interesting to look at around every corner. I especially loved the back yard area.
