About this villa rental
The newly renovated "Sicily in Love" villa is located in a quiet part of town, with views of the greenery: the vineyards of Monte Troina Park. The house is located 850 m from the center of Pedara, a 25-minute drive from Catania, 30 minutes from Catania Airport, and 20 minutes from Mount Etna.
We have 4 double rooms (with the option of an extra bed for children) and 4 private bathrooms. Each room (“Norma,” “Sicilia Bedda,” “Mamma Etna,” and “Donna Maria”) is decorated in Sicilian style to let you experience the soul of our island.
The “Norma” room has its own private bathroom, but it is located outside the room. While “Norma” is located on the first floor, the other three rooms are on the first floor.
Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, cutlery, and dishes.
All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, towels, complimentary toiletries, a shower stall, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling) and a flat-screen smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available on-site.
Guests have access to a spacious kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, table for 10 people, induction cooktop, and coffee/cappuccino machine.
A washing machine and cleaning supplies are also available for guests’ use.
During their stay, guests can relax in the spacious garden and on the terrace overlooking the vineyards of Monte Troina Park. The garden and terrace feature comfortable lounge chairs, a swing, a sofa, small tables, a round table for four people, and chairs with a parasol.
4 parking spaces on the property (reservation required) are included in the price.
Pedara is the perfect village to choose: one of the “gateways to Mount Etna,” allowing hiking enthusiasts to venture onto the volcano; it’s one of the towns in the Etna region away from the “hustle and bustle” of Catania, yet close to the towns of Santa Agata and Vincenzo Bellini.
Pedara, a cultural and tourist hub, offers a wide variety of restaurants, pubs, and bars. Pedara’s location is also convenient for visiting other “gems of Sicily,” including Taormina, Castelmola, Savoca, Syracuse, Marzamemi, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, and more.
For tourists who enjoy relaxing on the shores of the Ionian Sea, the nearest beaches are just a 30- to 40-minute drive away.
And for wine lovers, Mount Etna is home to numerous vineyards and wineries ready to let you taste their wines.
