Metcalfe House consists of a kitchen with range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility with washing machine, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, game room with pool table, cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with en-suite, king-size, three doubles, one ground floor, with en-suites, twin, and second-floor family room. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Town: A rural village nestling at the head of the dreamy Somerset levels. Lush green meadows, meandering rivers, abundant wildlife all surrounded by steep and wooded hills; the countryside doesn’t come much better than this! Just 7 miles away, Glastonbury Abbey and Tor is famous for its pre-history, Ley lines and music festival. The majestic Wells Cathedral is also well worth a visit, and shopaholics are excellently catered for in Street. Further afield, the Regency City of Bath, Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge are all an easy drive away. Overall, an outstandingly beautiful and easily accessible area with much to do and see.
