Stay in this cosy, air-conditioned studio nestled in the hills above Villeneuve-Loubet, yet close to the center and the beach (5 minutes by car). Discover a unique panorama of the Mercantour-Argentera and the French Riviera in a peaceful setting. You'll have direct access to the residence's private swimming pool (shared with other residents), offering a 360°C panorama of Villeneuve-Loubet, Antibes and Nice.

Tastefully designed and decorated, the studio offers top-of-the-range amenities. Brand-new and fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 2 adults.
At night, the apartment is equipped with a Queen-size (160x200) sofa-bed with slatted base and 55kg/m3 mattress for everyday comfort. There's also a large closet with storage space.

You'll also have access to a lovely, cosy 8 m² covered terrace.

The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen is of the highest quality and very functional, allowing you to cook and enjoy your meals in comfort. You'll find a combined microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in fridge and freezer, 3-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and full set of crockery.

The apartment is also equipped with an electrically operated blind, 4K TV and high-speed fiber optic cable, ideal for work stays.

Private parking is available.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Direct access to Nice airport in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Antibes, 30 minutes to Cannes.
