Garden View consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, a dining space for two, and a sitting area with Smart TV, DVD player. There is a king-size bedroom with balcony and a twin, plus bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Enclosed rear patio and gravelled area with furniture and private hot tub and enclosed dog exercise area, plus off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome at a supplementary fee of £25 (if you are bringing your own dog then please supply throws and your own bed linen for the king size bed). Sorry, no smoking.
