Kingfisher consists of an open-plan living space with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, decking, and furniture, along with private driveway parking for two cars with EV charging. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 1.2 miles, pub in 1 mile, and river in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. In rent. Kingfisher is a lovely base for a tranquil Suffolk getaway. Note: Property beside a river – children and pets to be always supervised. Note: Small mooring at end of garden – guests welcome to bring their boats and fish in the river.

Region: Cambridge is a delight to visit in any season: relax in its many pubs, restaurants and cafes whilst exploring the shops around the historic market place. If you want to get up, out and about, you couldn’t have picked a better county to explore.
Town: The rural village of Isleham lies in the south east corner of Cambridgeshire, close to the towns of Newmarket and Ely. With the River Lark running alongside the village, this is a delightful, idyllic area to enjoy as part of a relaxing break. The village boasts three churches, three good pubs, a 24 hour Co-op supermarket and a post office, as well as being within 20 minutes' drive of five good golf courses. Free fishing is available all year round on the River Lark, and with the lovely towns of Newmarket and Ely within easy driving distance, this is a great base from which to explore this lovely part of Cambridgeshire.
