Rose Cottage, a single-storey charming converted miners cottage, consists of a kitchen with fridge/freezer, coffee machine, induction hob, oven, coffee maker and toaster, a dining room with dining seating, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture. Enclosed rear garden with decking, lawned area, furniture, barbecue, and wood fired hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Rose Cottage is a wonderful escape to Cornwall, whatever time of year. Note: The ground is uneven in places as situated within woodland - when you arrive there is a small walk from the car parking down a gravel path to the property. Note: There are a couple of steps up to the kitchen and the shower room, please be careful. Note: Logs for woodburning stove and wood fired hot tub to be purchased (available on site at cost price).
