As you enter the first-floor villa, the bedroom is conveniently located to your right and features a plush king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The full-size bathroom is attached, and highlights a chic walk-in shower as well as convenient hall access.
The open-concept living area welcomes you with natural light, high-end shiplap walls and is designed for comfort. It includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy dining area that seats four. Step out onto the screened porch off the living room, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the peaceful nature that Kiawah Island has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Place was very nice, comfortable and clean. Only negatives were screens in porch had a lot of very large cobwebs. Also, not enough pots or drinking glasses. But overall very nice place, convenient to beach.
