About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, with sea views and close to the beach. It measures 49 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor of a residential block with a lift, it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
Construction work is currently taking place near the property, particularly within the residential block. Some noise disturbance may occur.
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 21 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed, a dining area and a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs and an ice machine...

- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
