Overall I am very pleased. The rooms were clean and spacious (I had a double room) with daily turn down service and restocking of the refrigerator. The view from the room was beautiful and the ocean view was breathe taking. The hotel itself was well kept. There were constant maintenance workers around the property wetting plants and touching up areas with paint. The food was surprisingly good and the people were super friendly and helpful. Just one minor issue, Steven answered pretty quickly and the issue was handled in a timely manner. Daily activities and performances at the restaurants. No regrets.. will be back

The property was as described, clean and spacious. The property isn't too big and easy to walk from one area to the next. Beach is fantastic! Soft sand and warm water (the ocean was warmer than the pool)! Service is good but at times it would get crowded at the pool and service was slow, easier to go get your own drinks at the pool bar. Be sure and claim your pool chairs early in the morning for the best spot. Don't miss the sushi- best food in my opinion. Food was typical of an all-inclusive. Nothing spectacular. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, but again the service was great at all restaurants.

A Dreamy Oceanfront Stay – Worth Every Moment!We just got back from our stay at the Wyndham Grand Cancún, and wow—this place was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we walked into the 2-bedroom suite, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the Caribbean right from our balcony. Waking up to that every morning felt surreal. As an owners guest, we were treated to complimentary upgrades during our entire stay (Thai Beds, exclusive menus and access to members only areas. The layout was perfect for our group—two separate suites with their own bathrooms gave us privacy, but we still felt connected. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained.What really made this trip unforgettable was the all-inclusive experience. We never had to worry about meals or drinks—there were so many dining options, and every meal felt like a treat. We spent our days lounging by the infinity pool, sipping cocktails at the beach bar, and even booked a couple of spa treatments that were heavenly.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Cancún’s hotel zone, close to everything but still peaceful.If you’re looking for a mix of luxury, relaxation, and fun, this is it. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommend!
