FIESTA AMERICANA CONDESA is a place to be. From the time of arrival to the time of departure, it was all fun. There was never a dull moment. The food was outstanding particularly the beach side sea food restaurant and the buffet session at the lobby. Occasionally, we get calls from the concierge to ascertain our comfort and convenience with the products and services provided. Overall, I would rate FIESTA AMERICANA CONDESA *excellent.*

Upon checking in, the receptionist talked to me in Spanish even after him speaking in English when I told him I didnt understand. But he was talking in English fluently with the guest before me. So that felt odd. The rooms are very spacious. The beds and pillows are soft. Im used to firm mattress, but I still slept soundly. I think they perfume the rooms, which smelled nice, except for the toilet which smelled a bit like sewer. I also wish there was handheld shower. Room service is great. But requesting for a few amenities, like bathrobe, slippers and toothpaste took a couple of hours. The food is okay. We would frequent Kalmia for the variety of options. I love their hot chocolate. Sushi can be skipped. Pad thai at Thai Kunn doesnt taste authentic. But I loved their chicken curry. My cousin said the fish curry was good too. The best restaurant for us is El Mexicano. Food and ambience were great! 5/5 We wish we could have dined there more than once. We think the resort should hire/train cooks in International cuisine for the other restaurants. A few restaurants are for members only. The entertainment and offered activities felt lacking. The beach is beautiful! But what we appreciated the most is the restaurant staff. We tried four restaurants and all of their wait staff are amazing!

The rooms are just average, probably 3- to 3.5 -star by U.S. standards. For a 4-star resort, I'd expect bathrobes, slippers. However the staff truly made our stay an overall positive experience. The dining rooms, to the pool and beach areas were more than sufficiently staffed, that despite the many guests they had to accommodate, I felt like we receive adequate attention. For example, staff at the pool constantly checked in on me before I was able to finish my drinks. Recommendation for the hotel: I wish you would enforce the 45-minute holding rule on the pool and beach chairs. People went out to the beach at 7am to reserve 8 chairs, and expect them to be empty by the time 2 of them make their way down at 11am. While the staff make very good efforts in finding us chairs, this selfish behavior needs to be regulated so that the chairs are used by people who are actually at the pool and beach.
