On the top level you'll find a tranquil sleeping sanctuary featuring three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom, creating a perfect haven for relaxation. A king bedroom with a dedicated desk provides a quiet workspace or reading nook, while the cozy queen bedroom is ideal for winding down after a day of adventure. A shared full bathroom serves the secondary bedrooms, offering convenience and comfort for all guests.
The bottom level welcomes a living room that flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, ideal for shared meals and conversation. For added convenience, this level includes a laundry area and opens onto a charming porch with an outdoor dining table, perfect for alfresco meals. **One pet is welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

We loved our stay here and would stay again! It was SO well stocked and the host went above and beyond to provide things they didn’t have to. A few things to note—the beach was closer to a .5 mile walk which is tough if you have young kids. We did know this going in and driving was just fine! There’s no baby gates and we moved some complimentary meds to a higher space. (Again not a knock on the stay, just an FYI to parents) It was so easy to walk the kayaks to the sound! Driving to restaurants was so quick and if you’re a runner/walker it was easy to run to the main sidewalk in to the cute “town” area of shopping center. Loved the garage space and pool. Property management was quick to answer phone calls when needed. Clean and updated. Loved overall!
