10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026
My family of 6, ages ranging from 14 to 76, had an amazing week, and the house was perfect in so many ways. The pool area was spacious with beautiful landscaping and a wonderful shade tree that made the afternoons enjoyable for my entire family. The house was beautifully decorated and had the most comfortable beds we've experienced during a vacation. The screened-in porch was our favorite spot to gather in the evenings; even in the hot July weather, the porch remained comfortable and the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. We loved learning about the history of the house as well, especially to see the pictures of it when it was first built, before the area became so busy. I would highly recommend this house, and I can't wait to visit again!

The absolute best time at Laurie's house!

The location was great- easy walk to beach, quiet street and nice area to walk/bike in. The cleanliness of the property was sub par. Upon arrival our feet were already picking up the debris/crumbs on the kitchen and living room floor. The counter was also covered in crumbs. The bath tub mat was covered in long dark hair and still had sand in it, like it had not been rinsed. The stairs leading to 2nd floor are filthy and covered in hair/fur. This house could use a very deep clean and some upgrades. Dishwasher would be great- surprised in this beach community there is not one. A refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker are needed. The furniture in living room has lost its shape making it uncomfortable to sit it.
