There is a screened porch and a large ground-level deck that flows naturally from the house out to the fenced in backyard, pool and hot tub. No real beach house would be complete without a hot and cold enclosed outside shower, and the one at Rae of Sunshine also includes a toilet so that your family doesn't have to trek indoors with wet feet while hanging out at the pool. But don't get too attached to your private, quiet paradise to bring your beach gear because beach access from this home is very easy and convenient. With no roads to cross and just a few steps to the beach, pack up your boogie-boards and umbrellas and you, your family and friends are at the ocean in no time!
