Stunning, modern and spacious 3 bedroom family home in the South Circular Road area. It is in the perfect location to avoid the bustling inner city but at the same time being only a stepping stone to the centre of town. You can explore the city on foot from this area but you have a smaller town vibe in the immediate surroundings. The house is set up for families and can accommodate children. There is a cot and high chairs available for use.
The Space:
Beautiful 3 bedroom property in the South Circular Road area. It has a very large open plan kitchen, dining and livingroom area. It opens out to a gorgeous patio and garden area with a new BBQ and dining area. On the first floor, we have a large, beautifully decorated family bathroom, master bedroom and a kid's bedroom with a set of bunk beds. The second floor has a further very large bedroom and ensuite. The space is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the property. There is one locked room at the front of the property with no access. The wardrobes in the main bedroom will have some free space. Some of the cupboards/wardrobes will be tied which guests cannot access. They are personal items of the host.
The Neighborhood:
South Circular Road is a beautiful suburb of Dublin. It has a small town feel but the city centre is a stone throw away. It has an abundance of restaurants, cafes, pubs and places of interest in close proximity to the property. The city centre and Dublin's main attractions are walkable distance from the property.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop outside the door which takes you into the city centre to explore Dublin city, county and beyond.
