Would not recommend this place, especially for the high unwarranted price.

It fit six of us comfortably

Very old and debilitated apartment above a pub. Floors are on angles. Smell of mould/mildew. Very small washrooms with no mirrors on walls. Toilet on main floor barely flushes. Couches and furniture felt dirty. No good access to cable TV options or Netflix. Street noise is very loud through older thin windows. The hospital is nearby and sirens go all night. We started for 2 nights for $1,700 Canadian. This was way way over priced!! We stayed in way better accommodations in Galway and Belfast for 3 nights each and both were $900 Canadian each for 3 nights. Dryer did not work! Did not feel safe in this area with my family!

A very pleasant and welcoming stay

Great sized apartment, beds were also very comfortable. Host was very quick to reply to queries and very friendly. Good location, a good 25 minute walk to the town centre or a 10 minute Uber which were always quick and available. Close amenities such as Lidl and Spar. Considering the apartment was above the pub, we never heard noise from them and pub staff were very friendly. Great hot shower!!! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Dublin again.

A little dated, needs a little TLC such as some door knobs would fall off when opening the door. Extractor fan didn’t seem to work so made the kitchen area quite smokey when cooking. The shower didn’t drain well so maybe a small blockage. Toilet upstairs didn’t seem attached to the floor.

Salón y cocina equipados y cómodos.

Un solo baño para todo el apartamento, minúsculo y cutre. Las habitaciones no son cómodas. El acceso no tiene buen aspecto.

Week-end à Dublin

Prix sensiblement moins cher qu'en plein centre ville. Appartement assez typique d'Irlande: fonctionnel et sans chichi. Bon emplacement: Bus pour centre ville devant la porte. Tramway à 3...400m. Marche à pied 30..40min. Uber 20€ de nuit. Location Hertz à 700m. Parking facile dans la rue Rehoboht place devant la porte d'entrée. Supérette SPAR de l'autre côté de la route et quelques possibilités de restauration dans la rue. L'appartement offre de bonnes surfaces pour un groupe et personne ne se marche dessus (sauf pour l'unique douche). On ne le voit pas bien sur les photos mais L'appartement se situe sur 3 demi-étages au dessus du pub (escaliers). Aucun voisins attenant: Idéal si vous voulez faire du bruit avec des enfants ou autre. Les clefs se recupèrent de façon expéditive au pub du rez de chaussée. Équipement assez complet.

Dans l'ensemble ça va mais quelques détails déçoivent : propreté: miettes nombreuses sous les coussins du canapé. Grille ventilation pleine de poussière. Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine (ou peut-être après 20min?on ne saura jamais) et pas de lave-vaisselle: Pas cool pour 6 personnes. Seulement 6 couteaux. Chasse d'eau dans les toilettes du bas fonctionnent une fois sur trois. C'est quand même la honte de devoir jeter de l'eau dedans avec une casserole! Non, ce n'est pas le taux d'alcoolémie qui vous fera cet effet: Les planchers/marches d'escalier sont parfois un peu inclinés/affaissés. Certains dirons que c'est le charme des vieilles maisons ! Bien que récentes, les fenêtres n'insonnorisent pas assez le bruit de la rue dans 2 chambres (pas mal de trafic le matin) Reste quand même supportable.
