• Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee
• Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in to allow system preparation
• If pool heating is added, it must remain on for the entire duration of your stay and cannot be turned on or off for individual days
• To ensure proper operation, the pool vacuum must remain in the pool at all times, as it controls the pool pump. Without the pump running, the pool heater will not function
• Pool heater and pool pump may only be operated by property management or the pool technician
⚠️ Winter Notice: Heating the pool to approximately 80°F during winter months requires significant heat usage and must be arranged in advance as a paid service. Any attempt to turn on or tamper with the pool or heating system without prior purchase will result in a $1,000+ fee.

The house was later put so well. We had games to play in one area, pool to swim in in the middle and a place for everyone to lay out and soak up the Arizona sun on the other side. The house had all the important cooking utensils, pots and pans. There was plenty of room for 7 adults to enjoy time together and have a place to go to spend time alone. The hosts we incommunication and easy to get I touch with. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing family vacation at this special home. The beds were the ultimate highlight. Everyone slept comfortably in their beds. The fun things for kids to do was a high point. Even though the pool is NOT heated my kids ventured into the cold waters anyways. Make sure you know what the weather will be before you promise your kids a warm swim at this home. When we arrived the kind cleaning lady was still there. She promptly came back with the clean towels that evening. Which we appreciated. The neighborhood is fabulous. We took evening walks to look at the holiday displays and chatted with many sweet neighbors. Overall we would stay here again.
