About this house rental
Enjoy a brand new duplex, on the top floor of a small building in the heart of Arcachon, a few minutes from the beach and the city center.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (two showers, a bath), two separate toilets, an office ideal for teleworking, a kitchen open to a large living room opening onto a large terrace or enjoying the mild Arcachon climate.
Located 5 minutes walk from Arcachon train station and the city center, ideal for a family holiday or a weekend with friends.
Other information to note:
The office is also equipped with a double bed. The apartment is therefore available for up to 5 people but recommended for 4 people.
Sheets and towels are not included by default. To be agreed before booking: sheets 25€ per bed including installation, towels 10€ per set of towels (1 large, 1 small).
Possibility to store bicycles in the cellar (to be agreed before booking).
Minimum booking period: 3 days. In case of a shorter delay, reservation accepted as far as possible.

The apartment is conveniently located between the train station and the beach, but not in the middle of the high street (5min away) so it’s still quiet. it is clean and has all essential facilities. The host responds very quickly and provides all the information before arrival.
