You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has three bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to five Lucky guests.
The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby with shared elevator access, makes hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of your living space, you can enjoy your balcony overlooking Whitaker Street.
The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!
You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions, bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more are all within easy walking distance.

Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Very nice experience! The home was lovely. Some of the outlets didn't work and we had trouble with the tv's. However, the response was prompt once the TV problems were reported. The chairs and umbrellas on the rooftop would have been nice...

for a quick weekend trip, this property is a great location and is within walking distance to shops, park, etc.. was clean, spacious enough for three people. could hear neighbors upstairs move their chairs but is really nothing to complain about. overall, we were very satisfied.

Comfortable condo very close to all the action! We enjoyed our stay and could walk easily to everything. Great shopping, restaurants, tours, historic sites within a block of the condo. Would stay here again!
