The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of your living space, you can enjoy your balcony overlooking Whitaker Street.
The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!
You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions, bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more, are all within easy walking distance.

Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

The property was lovely and well equipped.It was very clean and well maintained. It was very secure and the check in process was a breeze. Now for the bad... The nearest parking garage is 8 blocks and my elderly parents were my companions so it wasn't a great fit for our trip. Lack of adequate parking in the historic district puts a real damper on your fun.
