About this cottage rental
A peaceful country cottage in the rural area of La Cañada del Fenollar, 12 minutes from the University of Alicante—connected by a bike path and greenway—and a 15-minute drive from the beach and the mountains.
You’ll be surrounded by country life.
The guesthouse, with a separate pedestrian entrance, measures 55 square meters and features two adjoining double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a living-dining room, and an outdoor half-bath/laundry area. It includes a BBQ in a fenced-in 200-meter area just for you, and you’ll share the pool ONLY with us.
Parking is completely FREE and is located OUTSIDE the property.
In the surrounding area, you can enjoy peaceful walks, visit nearby horseback riding centers, or have meals at typical local bars.
A short drive away (in San Vicente del Raspeig), you’ll find shopping centers, supermarkets, open-air markets (in August), and shops selling traditional Alicante pottery.
You can reach downtown Alicante by car, commuter train, or TRAM.
