Geschakelde woning op loopafstand van het prachtige Gran Playa strand(500 m) inklusief het gebruik van 2 fietsen (voor eigen risico). Vlak bij de jachthaven en centrum van Santa Pola. Huis met groot prive terras waar u heerlijk kunt relaxen. Een gezellig ingericht Spaans huis met moderne faciliteiten gratis draadloos glasvezel internet en een smart tv waarop scherm delen mogelijk is zodat u via de telefoon of ipad altijd uw favoriete programma kunt kijken. Op de begane grond vindt u de volledig ingerichte keuken met oa koel/vries combinatie, magnetron en wasmachine. De woonkamer met plafondventilator, tafel, stoelen, bank, tv., sierhaard en gaskachel. Toilet. Op de bovenverdieping twee slaapkamers met airco en plafondventilatoren. Hier is ook de grote badkamer met douche en toilet. Een slaapkamer heeft een balkon waar vanaf u de flamingo's in de zoutmeren kunt zien. Rustig gelegen met veel privacy, vlak bij zee en strand, de jachthaven, het busstation en het centrum met alle winkels, bars, eetgelegenheden, etc. Het centrum, strand en busstation zijn binnen 5 minuten aan te lopen. Inklusief WIFI, tv, water, elektrisch, (strand)handdoeken, beddengoed en 2 fietsen(eigen risico) ter gebruik. Na verblijf in de woning is er een verplichte schoonmaak.

On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living room with ceiling fan, table, chairs, sofa, TV, decorative fireplace and gas heater. Toilet. On the top floor two bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Here is also the large bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom has a balcony from which you can see the flamingos in the salt lakes. Quiet location with lots of privacy, close to the sea and beach, the marina, the bus station and the center with all shops, bars, eateries, etc. The center, beach and bus station are within a 5-minute walk. Including WIFI, TV, water, electricity, (beach) towels, bed linen and 2 bicycles (own risk) for use. There is a mandatory cleaning after staying in the house.

We stayed at the house for 14 nights.The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good communication for check-in. The house has good wi-fi and there is a detailed information guide. The beach, marina and many bars and restaurants all within a 15 minute walk.

My Husband and I have stayed at this house many times.It is ideally located, everything within walking distance - close to the beach, restaurants, bars and Santa Pola centre. There are plenty Supermarkets are nearby including Lidl and Aldi. The Bus Station is about a 10 minute walk away with regular buses to Alicante, Elche, Guardamar and Torrevieja, there is no need to hire a car.The house is very well equipped and has everything you need - kitchen has plenty crockery, pots and pans, glassware etc. The lounge area has a television with English channels and Wi-Fi. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are well stocked too, lots of bedding and towels available to use, beach towels are also provided.Outside there is a patio which is quite private, it has a table and chairs with extra chairs in the shed if needed. Also in the shed are 2 bicycles plus helmets for quests to use.We have always had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this house and are looking forward to going again.

Our vacation was excellent in this house. The check in was easy, the house was excellently clean, the house was in a really advanced place, there’s no need for a car to reach the city centre or the beach. All perfect! Thank you so much.

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this property. It is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. As stated in our previous review it is ideally located - close to shops, beaches and Bus Station- no need for a car. The house is very well equipped and has every you need for an enjoyable stay.
