About this house rental
The elegant vacation home “Die Südstrand-Zeit” warmly welcomes you with its upscale furnishings. In addition to high-quality flooring and carefully selected furniture, a fireplace lends the home a cozy atmosphere, and the excellent amenities leave nothing to be desired for your vacation. In the large garden with its secluded terrace, you can enjoy the sunshine and share meals together. A recliner on the upper floor offers the perfect spot for cozy reading sessions.
The house itself is located just a few meters from the dunes, and the dike leading to the beach is only a few minutes’ walk away. Unwind from your daily routine with long walks in the refreshing North Sea air. At the same time, you can reach the historic town center in no time, where you’ll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants.
The living space of approximately 160 m² is spread over two floors as follows:
First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terrace; one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—with a full-length topper); a combined shower/tub bathroom with a toilet. The terrace can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom; garden furniture is available here from April through October.
Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—full-length mattress topper), a bedroom with a single bed (110 x 190 cm), a reading room with a high-quality recliner, and a shower room/toilet
One garage parking space is available for your use.
There is also a parking space with an electric charging station; registration and payment are handled directly via a QR code.
You’re welcome to bring your dog—max. 1 dog (knee-high!)
