The stay was pleasant, and the accommodation is very spacious. The apartment is well equipped, The internet is acceptable, with speeds above 200 Mbps. Parking is convenient, right in front of the building,
One of the bathrooms had parquet instead of tiles, which I found less suitable. The location is far from the center of Como. There were too few electrical outlets, and there was none in the bathroom. A coffee pot was missing Although there were 4 guests, only 2 coffee capsules were provided. In addition, the built-in dish rack in the cabinet had a broken door, the microwave was missing, and the kettle was dirty.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Shame we only had to use it one night. Although there is not a lot going on in the city of san Fermo delle Battaglia 😏. We used it as a layover while traveling from Tuscany to our home 'up north'... The host had a great restaurant-tip!!
In the middle of a sleepy outskirt residential area. Luckily we only needed a place to sleep, and for that this was more than excellent.
