安い、綺麗、駅近、メッセージのやり取りも早く安心！
シャワーの水圧が弱く、洗面器やトイレを使ってるとシャワーがほぼ出なくなる。同時に使わなければ問題なくお風呂に入れる。

Good location next to subway. Several good food choices close by.
A binder to show English instructions for different appliances, especially heater, would be appreciated.

We are a family of 5 and the room does not feel small at all. Location is superb and it was only 1 min walk to Hatsudai station. 1 station away, you will reach Shinjuku Station. You can even walk back from shinjuku when there is no train service. Bed is super comfy. Even sofa bed was comfy as well. They provide all the necessary amenities for your stay. You basically just need to bring ur clothes.
Water pressure is the worst one throughout my whole 13 days Japan trip. The 5th person to take bath will struggle with dripping water only. Not a good thing in winter days
