The location was fabulous. Only 4 mins from the town centre. It was clean. It was private & protected. The views were spectacular & the grounds were beautiful to walk around. There was plenty of room & we loved engaging with the farm animals ..the cows & chooks! .it was the perfect size for the whole family to be together and catered to every age group comfortably. Loved the combustion heater too. We were delighted to find fresh farm eggs from the chooks waiting in the fridge. There was plenty of appropriately sized crockery / mugs & cutlery to cater to Our needs .We had nothing but a great experience there & hope to visit again !!
Although initially it was a little tricky to find as it was sort of hidden back behind hedges & the communication tower but once we found it ..the location was fabulous. I did have an encounter with an 8 legged creature on the 2nd night whilst chilling by the fire in the lounge room ..but that's what happens when you are in the country side . & It could happen anywhere really ..no harm ..no fowl!!..
