The property was spacious and the surroundings beautiful. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The garage/games room was enjoyed and well used by the children in our party.

The cooking pots and frying pans were of poor quality and the non stick surfaces did not work. Although there was plenty of wardrobe space there were no shelves so we were unable to unpack our suitcases during our 1 week stay. I did not find the letting agency helpful or reasonable. Their insistence that I should email photos of my passport and credit card to verify my identity was, in my opinion unsafe and unnecessary. They suggested an alternative which was to make an appointment and present myself at their office in Bowral, an hour’s journey from where we were staying at the time. This I was not prepared to do. Meanwhile I received emails to say I would not be allowed access to the property unless I complied. I will in future ensure I do not rent any property managed by this company.
