    The property is impressed with its spotless cleanliness and friendly staff that made the stay comfortable. Its prime location offered excellent walk ability and easy access to shopping and transport options.

    Room is nice but small. Very bad sewer smell that does not go away affecting every room I've stayed at. It can cause some discomfort and health issue due to gas.

    My friend and I stayed here last November 2025, the room was good and worth the price. Near in family mart and coop mart, the staff are friendly they assists us on our baggages

    note: this review probably does not accurately describe normal days outside of Tết. I rented a room during the week of Tết. Right off the bat, my room was not ready. Room was still dirty, sheets weren't changed, etc. A staff came and cleaned soon after. During my 3 nights of stay, no housekeeping. The staffs were nice people though. Location wasnt bad. Close to district 1.
