Welcome to your dream beach house in Hampton!

-- Only a short walk from the beach (~11 minutes).
-- Short walk (~5 mins) to the launch pad at the end of the street for your kayak or your boat
-- View of the Hampton River
-- Two separate units, one downstairs and one upstairs. Each unit has its own kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, full bath, and dining area.

Bedroom configuration:

Upstairs:
-- Bedroom 1: Queen bed sleeps 2
-- Bedroom 2: Bunked bed (twin over full with a trundle) sleeps 4
-- Two automatic-pump air mattresses are available for bigger groups

Downstairs:
Bedroom configuration:
-- Bedroom 1: Queen bed sleeps 2
-- Bedroom 2: Two twin sized beds sleep 4
-- Two sleeper sofas & two automatic-pump air mattresses are available for the bigger groups.

-- Our cleaners take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.


IMPORTANT: Please note that we have a few rules in place to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Smoking, vaping, or drugs are not allowed, and we kindly ask that there are no events, parties, or large gatherings.

Additionally, we require guests to be at least 25 years old to book.

Any persons not previously registered/booked are not permitted to stay overnight without explicit agreement from the host.

We've also installed a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance and a Minut noise monitor system inside the property in the kitchen/living room.

These are to keep all guests safe and the property secure. Please note that the Minut device measures volume levels throughout the property and does not record sound, and we're 100% privacy compliant.

Other things to note

Please be mindful of our neighbors & other guests during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.


Other Rules/Fees:

FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean-up from your pet.

(The pet fee only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens and wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture.)

Check-in is 4:00 P.M.
Check-out is 10:00 A.M.

Check-out late fees are as follows:
30 minutes late = $50
2 hours late checkout out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next guests' stay.

Unauthorized guests or smoking = $500
Noise complaints = $500
Tampering with technology (Ring camera, locks, noise monitor) or smoke alarms = $500
