The best of both worlds: a quiet neighborhood with only a short walk to the beach. Great for both friends & families! Welcome to your dream beach house in Hampton!
This is the DOWNSTAIRS unit of a duplex.
-- A short walk away from the beach (~ 11 mins)
-- A short walk to the launch pad at the end of the road for your kayak or boat (~ 5 mins).
-- Washer & Dryer in Unit
Bedroom configuration:
-- Bedroom 1: Queen bed sleeps 2
-- Bedroom 2: Two twin sized beds sleeps 2
-- Two sleeper sofas & two automatic-pump air mattresses avaliable for the bigger groups.

Guests have access to the first-floor DOWNSTAIRS apartment.
At your arrival, please go to the left-hand side of the building to the first door BEFORE the gate.
Guests will have access to the backyard past the gate, but please DO NOT go up the stairs, as it is the space reserved for other guests.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we have a few rules to ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
--$75 fee per pet - to be collected after the booking is confirmed. Please clean up after your pets. Additional payments will be collected if extra cleanup from hosts is required.
-- $250 per unauthorized overnight guest and per unauthorized pet.
Please check with the host if you are bringing additional guests. Any persons not previously registered/booked are not permitted to stay overnight without explicit agreement from the host
-- Smoking or drugs are not allowed. Unauthorized smoking = $250.
-- Noise complaints = $500. Please be mindful of our neighbors & other guests during your stay.
-- Tampering with technology (Ring camera, locks, noise monitor) or smoke alarms = $500
We've also installed a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance and a Minut noise monitor system inside the property in the kitchen/living room.
The Minut device measures volume levels throughout the property and does not record sound, and we're 100% privacy compliant.
These devices are to keep all guests safe and the property secure.
