I highly recommend this house for your beach vacation. It’s greatly located, super clean and well equipped if you like cooking. Although the house is only 2 bedrooms there are plenty of beds and it’s roomy. We were 5 adults and 3 teenagers and it was perfect. There is only one bath but the powder room helps greatly. We will definitely consider for our next vacation.

Two years ago we rented the other unit in this duplex and had a wonderful experience and this time was no different even better! Great location- far enough from the hectic boardwalk of Hampton beach so that it is quiet and relaxing yet close enough for a short walk to the beach and boardwalk activities. The home is well equipped so that there is very little except linens and your beach chairs that you need to bring. Wonderful patio area on the front of the house and BBQ provided for your use with propane! Beds were ultra comfy and roomy. The accommodations truly could serve a large family or extended with friends groups of of 9 people. Beautifully decorated we recommend without hesitation and we will be coming back!Thanks Tammy for everything!Helen, Tom Gacsi and the kids.
